For the last 15 years we have ran a modern fully equipped Pilates Studio in Lower Earley, Reading RG6 5SY and trained thousands of clients.At the studio we provide both reformer and matwork pilates. The studio is fully equipped with 6 top of the range reformers, springboards, exo chair, barrel and the pilates arc. The classes are fun, invigorating and of course all classes are taught by our team of highly qualified pilates instructors.If you are new to Pilates, why not try one of our Beginners Induction classes or a Taster session, which will let you experience the benefits of Pilates before you commit to the course. We also offer Pilates Personal Training, Pilates Equipment classes and in-house Corporate classes.
