As part of our Drawn to Water: Quentin Blake at WWT partnership, enjoy a unique opportunity to explore some lesser-known works from Sir Quentin Blake’s personal archive, on display at our gallery.
The exhibition of 54 of Quentin Blake’s wetland-themed prints will be split into 2 parts that will be available to enjoy at different times throughout the autumn and winter. Part 1 will include 29 of Quentin Blake’s prints with part 2 (20 Dec to 24 Feb) offering the chance to see a further 25 prints. The exhibition provides a unique glimpse into Quentin’s passion for wetlands and wildlife.
Discover beautiful illustrations on display using everything from pens, inks and washes to quills from the birds he has illustrated to help bring their subjects to life, all rendered in Quentin’s iconic style.
If you’re inspired by Quentin’s illustrations, make sure you collect one of our seasonal guides full of his unique drawings and explore our wonderful wetlands. And if you’re feeling creative, we’ve also got a whole host of art and illustration activities to spark the imaginations of all ages and abilities.
This exhibition is part of Drawn to Water: Quentin Blake at WWT.
