More Information

Worsbrough Mill is a 17th Century working water mill set in 240 acres of tranquil Country Park. It is an amazing place to visit, have fun and see history come to life for all the family.

Visitors can tour the working water mill and learn about the milling process, following it from beginning to end. Worsbrough Mill is a working mill producing a range of premium quality organic flours and associated products for trade and retail customers using water power from the River Dove.

Visitors can enjoy a leisurely day out exploring the Country Park either on foot on by bicycle. The 60 acre reservoir is a haven for wildlife and regularly attracts birdwatchers and anglers.

Worsbrough Mill Museum and Country Park has recently received funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund and Welcome to Yorkshire for an exciting project. New interactive and display panels will be located around the site, these panels are focused on telling the stories of this special place and will enrich both the visitor experience and learning opportunities. A range of new activities have been devised including visits and resources for schools as well as walks, talks and tours for adults and families.

Admission to the Museum and Country Park is free although some events and guided tours may charge a small entry fee. There is a donation box located within the Mill Shop.
