New Quay Boat Trips is the original wildlife spotting company. Our trips are fun for all ages. We offer scheduled trips of 1hr, 1.5 hrs and 2 hrs but longer trips are available on the Dreamcatcher by private charter.The perfect way to celebrate a special occasion while you are visiting New Quay is on a private charter, and is very good value. The Dreamcatcher is a new addition allowing us to offer private charters for small groups up to twelve. All around viewing is possible thanks to the small wheelhouse being in the middle, this means if the dolphins are at the front, you can be too.
The destination of our trips are determined by the number and duration of wildlife encounters, naturally the longer trips are able to show you more of the coastline and have more chances of spotting wildlife. The one hour trip is usually sufficient to reach the local hotspots for dolphins, seals with bird colonies. Dolphins and seals are of course wild (and cannot be guaranteed). Our scheduled trips depart throughout the day, every day, weather permitting. Please wear suitable clothing for the day’s weather and remember that it is always cooler at sea.
